Front desk service great and friendly.
Housekeeping could be better. Requested cot and had to ask times before it arrived. Only towels in room even though on booking and room smelt like smoke. If this zone happens to be full, please park your vehicle as close as possible and proceed to the hotel. Leave your luggage in the car.
Please note that due to a cycleway being built at the front of the hotel, there is no drop-off point on Liverpool Street. Attract more customers by adding more content such as opening hours, logo and more. Great hotel, services and overall experience. Balcony room highly recommended! A good location - close to Darling Harbour and the Pyrmont walking bridge. The hotel is located on the left side of the road just before the next set of traffic lights.
