Standing partner acrobatics

Classes range from beginner to advanced! Workshops range from one to four hours in length, depending on number of students and ability level. My background is in circus, and once I asked someone what was the difference between partner acro and acroyoga. She said that partner acro is more of a performance oriented skill with more standing , dynamic, and counter balance skills while acroyoga is mostly L-basing.
