The bungalows are spread throughout a colourful garden. Jungle Oasis is right at the base of the volcano close to the Volcano entrance. It has simple, clean and basic accommodation and the tree house is a memorable experience.

Very close to Yasur volcano, is a lovely place to. Amazing hideaway in the middle of paradise! This feature is not available right now.

Jungle oasis is close enough to walk to the Volcano and takes about an hour but it is pretty steep so either take your time or pay the extra for transport if its not already included. However I would not recommend you stay here or would I stay here again. Firstly all of the places listed above that you can walk to is not true.

Tanna Island is connected by daily flights from the capital of Vanuatu, Port Vila. Already the ride was an adventure. We spent days on the island of Tanna this week, one of Vanuatu’s outer islan far south, the home of Mount Yasur. Please note that there are no credit card facilities on Tanna Island. Transfers are available to and from Tanna Airport. These are charged AUD per vehicle, each way.
